Leyline Welcomes Jay Modi as Chief Financial Officer
Leyline is excited to announce that Jay Modi is joining the executive leadership team as chief financial officer. As CFO, Modi will play an essential role in driving Leyline’s growth and ensuring sustainable success for the company. He is responsible for maintaining Leyline’s financial health by optimizing financial processes and providing strategic management of accounting, corporate finance, investor relations, asset management, human resources, and IT functions. Modi’s financial leadership will help Leyline continue making instrumental investments in renewable energy projects.

Modi has over 15 years of corporate finance experience, including 12 years in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining Leyline, he worked as senior director of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and treasury at 8minute Solar Energy, director of finance and administration at Peninsula Clean Energy, and in various roles at SunEdison. Modi brings a wealth of finance knowledge and experience in FP&A, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate capital raise.
